- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Place a pizza stone inside if you have one.
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12-14 inches in diameter. Brush the edges with olive oil.
- Spread BBQ sauce evenly across the dough, leaving a one-inch border.
- Scatter half the mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then distribute diced chicken evenly. Season lightly with garlic powder.
- Add mango chunks and sliced red onion, then top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Transfer the pizza to the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese bubbles.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 3-4 minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro and optional red pepper flakes. Slice and serve.
Notes
For extra crispiness, par-bake your crust for 5 minutes before adding toppings. Pat mango chunks dry to prevent sogginess. Toss chicken in BBQ sauce before placing on the pizza for enhanced flavor.
