Ingredients
Method
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven now.
- Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches in diameter.
- Brush the dough with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sprinkle the minced garlic evenly across the surface.
- Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes across the dough, cut side up, and season with salt and black pepper.
- Transfer the pizza to your preheated stone or baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and tear the burrata into chunks, distributing it across the hot pizza.
- Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and scatter fresh basil leaves over the top. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
- Slice the pizza and serve immediately.
Notes
Choose ripe cherry tomatoes for the best flavor. Use fresh mozzarella as a substitute for burrata if needed. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
