Ingredients
Method
- Preheat your oven to 475°F with a pizza stone inside if you have one.
- Toss shrimp in a bowl with 1 tablespoon olive oil, half the minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Roll or stretch pizza dough into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface and transfer to a pizza pan or parchment paper.
- Brush the surface with remaining olive oil mixed with the rest of the minced garlic.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly across the dough, leaving a small border for the crust. Arrange seasoned shrimp on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Slice avocados and toss gently with lime juice.
- Remove pizza from the oven and arrange avocado slices on top. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes, fresh cilantro, and an extra squeeze of lime juice.
- Let the pizza rest for 2-3 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Don't overcrowd the shrimp on the pizza. Always add avocado after baking to maintain its fresh texture.
